I rated 3 stars for my overall experience. The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming that was a 5 star. The esthetician was amazing and knowledgeable but the issue I had was she did not provide the service I want. I show her a picture 2-3 times because it was my very first time going, but I didn’t like the outcome of my services. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new waxing studio, and I am so glad I found this one. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. The wax itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had an amazing experience here. Amber is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She creates a comfortable and welcoming environment and is very respectful of privacy, which I really appreciated. She is also very understanding of different cultural and religious needs, which made me feel safe and respected throughout the service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to others.
