UPDATE: I just saw that they still offer hair services on Groupon. They need to make up their minds if they accept Groupons or not! Very strange indeed.... Very disappointing interaction with this business. I had purchased a Groupon for highlights just a few weeks ago, and when I called to set up an appointment for this, I was told that they no longer honor these. I wish I could say I had a good experience. The woman who did my pedicure was wonderful, and I have no complaints about her service. Unfortunately, everything else made the visit much more stressful than relaxing. I was using a Groupon, and from the moment I scanned it, I was told about multiple additional charges. The biggest issue was the gel polish, which was clearly stated as being included with the Groupon. Drew did an excellent job handling my wavy/curly hair and getting my layers right for a nice summer refresh! This was my second time at Mixed Elements and it’s now my go-to regular salon.

I cannot recommend Monica enough! It is so hard to find a nail tech who truly cares about the health of your natural nails while still delivering incredible results. She is meticulous, patient, and her nail art designs are always stunning and precise. I always leave her chair feeling pampered and confident.
