I cannot recommend Monica enough! It is so hard to find a nail tech who truly cares about the health of your natural nails while still delivering incredible results. She is meticulous, patient, and her nail art designs are always stunning and precise. I always leave her chair feeling pampered and confident. Very disappointing interaction with this business. I had purchased a Groupon for highlights just a few weeks ago, and when I called to set up an appointment for this, I was told that they no longer honor these. Apparently, the member of staff who was supposed to do Groupon clients is no longer there - but surely, there are other stylists who could have taken me? I know businesses don't make a lot of money on Groupons, but nobody is forcing them to put themselves on Groupon and if you sell a service, you should also be willin... read more
