Very disappointing interaction with this business. I had purchased a Groupon for highlights just a few weeks ago, and when I called to set up an appointment for this, I was told that they no longer honor these. Apparently, the member of staff who was supposed to do Groupon clients is no longer there - but surely, there are other stylists who could have taken me? I know businesses don't make a lot of money on Groupons, but nobody is forcing them to put themselves on Groupon and if you sell a service, you should also be willin... read more
