I too had my run in with Dr. Mixa and strongly encourage all to submit their own complaints and reviews to the Western Florida Better Business Bureau as I have. My visit to Dr. Mixa was for excruciating / debilitating knee pain caused by what's known as a Baker's cyst which Dr. Mixa diagnosed it's cause to be a torn meniscus and explained the permanent remedy to be surgery which was promptly scheduled that same day by his office staff.
