George took almost FOUR months to make a decision on attorney fees. George was the arbitrator for my case in May. I won the case however he asked my lawyer and I if we wanted to ask for lawyer fees (yes, they equated to almost the same amount of the damages award) and he said he would make a decision in 10 days along with the award and file it in the system.
