I had Mix Networks Inc. come out and install 4 phones and ported my Vonage phone numbers over to them. and that's where the happiness ENDED. Once the phones were installed, the service stopped. Didn't get trained on the phones until we had to ask. Have had intermittent phones for 3 weeks now, and have yet to get it straightened out. Every time I call tech support they tell me that since I didn't pay the extra $40 a month to have "THEIR" router so they could "MONITOR" the system, they can't help me. Mix Networks were extremely helpful assisting our team with what our needs because of our growth. The team Listened to our questions and provided suggestions. Very professional. They came in when scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently to get our phones working. Our office stayed opened and functioning throughout the process.
