I want to credit Mix-Ins for going above and beyond with their customer service. Our local softball team wanted to get some ice cream after a big win vs their rival, and the whole team arrived to the store just closing. With support from the neighbor store, the owner of Mix-Ins, returned back to the store, reopened and served ice cream to the teammates and their coach! Super nice and welcoming. He does Ice cream the old fashioned way and it's delicious. Every scoop is done with care, and it shows :)
I can't speak to the ice cream itself, but even here in April, they are operating under "winter hours", and do not open until 4pm on Sundays. Hopefully this saves someone a trip.
