I came to mix-ins in dedham today to get some ice cream. i’ve been here a few times before and i’ve always had hands down the BEST experience. Lily was my server today, i’ve seen her here a lot and she genuinely is the sweetest kid ever. she always makes sure everything is done how i usually get it and i get the best service. i feel so welcome in here! she also got me into the rewards program which is very beneficial when i typically come here with big orders sometimes i have points for 10% off. She needs a raise !!

nice kids but when it’s $8 for a medium, and you get this, highly disappointing…
I want to credit Mix-Ins for going above and beyond with their customer service. Our local softball team wanted to get some ice cream after a big win vs their rival, and the whole team arrived to the store just closing. With support from the neighbor store, the owner of Mix-Ins, returned back to the store, reopened and served ice cream to the teammates and their coach!
