Carlos was immediately responsive to my call where I needed my bumper repaired on my Lexus GX460. I sent him pictures of the crack in my bumper and he related that they indeed would be able to fix it. We got a laugh over the color since it is a pearl white, it makes the paint job much more difficult. He told me it would be between 2-3 days for the repair and he kept me posted every step of the way, sending pictures of each milestone. He completed the work on time and did a wonderful job. Carlos is a magician! Do not hesitate! The honesty and just plain skill can not be matched! He and blew our minds! Our Audi was side swiped and we did not have full coverage. Called Carlos based on reviews. This man worked his magic and worked within our means. You can not even tell it happened! Paint match 100% We will be going back for as long as he is willing. Carlos was up-front honest provide info needed to complete the job and gave a very fair cost and less than others I checked with. I cannot thank him enough and should I ever need help again I'd go there without any hesitation.
If you are looking for an affordable and professional body shop, Carlos is your guy. Not only did he pick me up and drop me off from the rental car dealer, he detailed my car inside and out before returning. I was honestly blown away at his attention to detail. He even saved me money on my deductible by fixing a small cosmetic repair that my insurance had quoted him much more for. Not to mention he had me back on the road in less than a week. I hope I dont get in another accident, but if I do, I will going back to Carlos.
