We met Carlos after damaging the bumper of my Mercedes Benz. He was courteous, professional and kept us abreast at all times. We got the car back in pristine condition outside and inside. After an incident that broke my grill and bumper, I tried this company because they offered me an estimate at least $1100 less than another local auto repair I was looking at.
