Dr Miwa was extremely rude and negligent when he saw my father in the urgent care in Cedar Park this past weekend (1/2/21). He failed to listen to my dad when my dad was requesting lab work to be done since his potassium had been dangerously low in the ER earlier that week. He instead demanded my dad to stop talking so he wouldn't infect his staff with COVID!! Are you kidding me? Why are you a dr??? Stay away from this guy and go find a Dr who is actually competent and cares about people!
Please just go elsewhere! This place doesn’t provide an online account for patients to go over their records. They try to schedule you over and over and over just to get your copay.The wait is easily at least 1 hour even if you have an appointment! The inside of this place leaves plenty to be desired. The environment in that place has a very sad and depressing feeling to it! In my experience I would not recommend and I would not go back.
These people want money so badly they try to collect money over and above the co-pay for routine treatment. They aren't happy with insurance coverage. They nickel and dime for .52 here, 2.00 there, for an injection. Never have I been charged extra for an injection deemed necy by the doc. And they charge exorbitant fees for copies of records. If you like peace of mind, find another doctor.
