My husband and I are so thankful for MIW Builders!! We had two of the most professional, polite, kind and knowledgeable installers! Anesti and Pablo Installed our new windows and I can’t even say enough good things about these two gentlemen! They left my house so clean that I couldn’t even tell they were there. I had no choice but to use them. They were hired by Lowe’s to install my door. The door has failed inspection for 10 months The MIW inspector bullied me and yelled at me telling me I bought the wrong door because my door leaks water from the top. He said it’s impact resistant, not water resistant. Told me I am the problem. This is in my opinion incompetence covered by bullying. Had me in tears the way he talked to me. Professional installation. We purchased impact windows and sliders via Lowe’s and MIW did the install. Our home was a 3 day job. The MIW crew were perfect. They arrived early each day, worked all day, cleaned up each day, and did an overall fantastic job. They even fixed an existing door that was sticking. Thank You MIW !!
Had a bit of a hiccup at the start of our project, but after talking through it, MIW gave us wonderful service. They installed our front door perfectly. The two contractors were very kind and worked very hard to make sure our expectations were met.
