I wish I had read their negative reviews when I was informed they’re the contractors we’d be getting through Lowe’s. Like most the other reviews, the job they were hired to do is still not finished. They failed the city inspection on our patio impact doors, it’s been two months and they still don’t have an answer on how it’s going to be fixed. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Ishmael was the installer. He was on time, polite, and worked until the job was completed.
Extremely disappointed by their service. I placed and order through Lowes. Getting coordinated for the measurements took 6 weeks. The install crew made 2 errors with the measurements that cost us 12 weeks to address. The installer damaged trim and plaster and just left it for someone else to fix. A second correction in the install proved to be fruitless since we asked the installer to be more careful with the new bathroom tile. He left with the door. I started this process in April. they installed our sliding glass door. Excellent work! They worked fast and cleaned everything up. The door looks fantastic! Also, they accommodated us with scheduling.
