Terrible quality control, awful customer service. We ordered (28) bone in, smoked hams to give our employees for Christmas. Bait and switch because what they gave us was compressed DELI MEAT!!!! Then they won’t make it right except in a way that works best ONLY for THEM 👍. Avoid. When I asked for compensation their response was “what do you want me to do, take $100 out of my own pocket?” No I expect your company to fix a mistake and leave a customer feeling satisfied.
Take videos and photos after you back in the dock. They ask for your DL, COI, and registration, so they can go to your insurance and accuse you of hitting the dock or building. It's not because they does not know who will be carrying the load and needs to know where is freight is. Unless you do not understand how it works, then you will believe them. They are lying! Have your proof! Don't just give your documents to someone without having proof for yourself. Take pictures
