I took my hedgehog in today to be seen for an infected toe from a missing toenail. I paid their more expensive emergency fee to drop him off and be seen when the vet had a chance, which would be fine until I had questions at pickup and she couldn't be bothered to come out and answer my questions. Dr. Lindsay Swain called after examining my hedgehog to explain that we could try antibiotics first, but if his toe didn't look any better in a week she talked about x-rays and possible amputation if the bone is infected. My boss recommended this place when my dog was bit by a gopher in the face. My dog is a reambunctious 95lbs great dane mix and they did such a good job on him that I decided to now take my jack Russell puppy to see them! They have always been so sweet and never hesitated to answer my questions! Best vet around!
We were referred to MiVet as a "last chance" for our rabbit, Timmy, who was not expected to make it through the night. We took him to MiVet and Dr. Jenn and Dr. Anna have been treating Timmy and he's ALIVE and well. I cannot thank them enough for squeezing us into their busy schedule, without any notice, and without ever using their facilities prior.
