I've been wit Dr. Mitzi T. Jimenez since 2006 til Presently. She has always been loving, caring and always knows what's good. I care & Love her as my own Motger figure. She's the best.

My mom goes to see this doctor and has for couple of years. I personally do not like them as you can’t schedule an appt. It’s first come, first serve. You can’t get documents emailed to their office either. Her staff is rude. My mom is sick and twice they have refused to see her simply because she has a slight fever. I understand COVID but she had 2 test done and both were negative over the weekend. She has no other symptoms other than fever! She went in on Tuesday but drs were not in. Do not bother going here. Customer service is horrible. My mom went to see the doctor and the receptionist would not let her see her. My mon ended in the ER for something that the doctor could have prevented. Save your time and find another place to go

Had to use this place because my insurance made them my PCP. A week of calling them and I was finally able to reach them despite literally three hour lunches (according to when their automated lunch message was active) and the automated messages at 2:30 saying their clinic was closed because it's 4 o'clock. They inform me that they don't take appointments, only walk-ins at 8 am and 1 pm. I'm finally able to take the morning off work and I show up at 7:40 on a tuesday, and a line quickly forms behind me.
