Very bad experience. My call to Lampert Plumbing was subcontracted out to this plumber without my knowledge. I was wary about paying $149 service fee just for becoming a customer. And I should have ended it there. But they said they had service same day and it sounded good. Then James had to cancel. And we rescheduled to Friday. Mitus Emergency Plumbing understands the importance of good quality customer service! We started having drain problems over the weekend. They responded quickly to my online request and had an appointment. Felix arrived and quickly assessed the problem and offered solutions as well as viable options. He had to return the next day, which was not a problem as our employers are flexible, and quickly cleared the drains! We would definitely recommend this company.
5 stars. Despite being a considerably better-rated firm, the price was actually lower than that of the majority of other companies we investigated. We were both very satisfied with the service. It was swift and efficient.
Very professional and efficient local company. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, friendly representative and the technician Dave was also very knowledgeable, and courteous. A little high on the price point, but for 24/7 service that resolved issue in one visit by a professional company, it was worth it.
I needed a vintage sink installed in my bathroom and Joe walked me through the process and answered all of my questions and provided complete transparency before even booking to ensure this was a good fit for both parties. He arrived early and completed the job quickly and seamlessly! Quick, personable, and knowledgeable! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my plumbing needs.
