Junkies go to dealers,not methadone clinics to get off pain meds that doctors were giving out because manufacturers said they weren't addictive...it's all about the almighty $.And the needle deposit box is to have a place to put used needles instead of on the ground
This place has junkies outside at all hours of the day and night, stopping in to get their fix. The owner does nothing about them hanging out, taking their bags apart, riding their e scooters and harassing the neighbours. Bright yellow needle deposit box as an eyesore for everyone around to see. Mininal lighting in the alley next door to discourage poor behaviors.
