Tim Mittlestadt is such an amazing person who runs a very reputable business. He helped us with an incredibly stressful situation when we found out we had a huge expensive fix to do on our house. He showed amazing compassion while taking the time to talk us through all of our options while helping us develop a plan. The work he did was thorough and very professional. He truly takes pride in doing the job right the first time, always replacing everything that needs attention — even when others might cut corners. Very knowledgeable does know what he's doing.. he had my yard excavated to look at the holding tank well now there's a big sinkhole there big mud hole he didn't they didn't fix it very well at all didn't turn his paperwork into the county just saying that my system's okay he was supposed to come back in a week and put an alarm in the holding tank and haven't seen him for months or heard from him and then he just calls out of nowhere and wants me to pay $1,800 for nothing so overall not very pleased

Tim is the absolute best! If you're looking for a very knowledgeable plumber he's the guy! He even came out at 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday! He educated me as well, now I can be more proactive about my situation. Highly recommended!
