Mittens, completely refurbished our bathroom. After six months some of the tiles came loose and from the wall/sub-straight surface. Contacted Mittens and after many rounds of emails and phone calls Mittens were not remotely interested. I then engaged the services of The Tile Association who provided an expert witness statement ( surveyors report ). Thank you for your update online!!!! Still havent had a call back ... This is not what happened. I am not inspecting a new bathroom in sept? All i asked while the guy was here... Which took them a MONTH to even come and do the quote as requested by the council. I asked for the details of were the quote has been sent - i have not had a boiler since before xmas.
