I have come to visit and work on equipment repairs and have always had very productive interactions. The owner is very respectful and mindful of getting your windows worked on. You are able to call, set up appointments and get very quick response times. Definitely would recommend.
Mitten Windows- I would not recommend doing business with this company. I contacted Josh in late July to see if he could come take a look at a faulty tinted window that he did for us 2 years ago. He said he wouldn’t be able to get out to look at it until September. I called him in mid-September to see when he would be coming and he told me he was so busy and to be patient. Currently witnessing a Mitten Windows driver driving like a jackass through a construction zone on i96. Weaving through the traffic on both shoulders and cutting people off. Do better Mitten Windows, do better. Hope it's worth a bad review for your company. Only leaving 1 star because I have to.
