Great, supportive coaches and a friendly and welcoming community. I find myself looking forward to every workout. Each workout is different, and while challenging, they are fun and can be scaled no matter your fitness level. Thank you, Colby, and the Mitten Fitness crew!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mitten Fitness! The energy at this place is great, good people at every turn. I’ve been training with Colby who is the perfect blend of supportive and challenging. I think what this gym has that is unique is a true sense of community. And that community ranges in both age and fitness level. I also appreciate that they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I started going to Mitten after going to a different weight lifting gym for 2 years. Everything from the classes, coaching, space and energy is 10/10. Coaches are super helpful and accessible. Highly recommend.
