i’ll first start by stating what the not so bright owner (kenny) put in the listing description of the car i went to look at. I bought a new moped for my neighbor kid from these people 3 weeks ago. it doesn’t start so I brought it back hoping to rely on the warranty. they seemed so proud of. “we are not a service center” is about as far as I got. other than getting my ass chewed. i’m not upset about the moped, im upset with myself for getting past the front door of this place and continuing a transaction. go have a look at the place, and pay better attention than I did, it looks like a crime scene. just a nasty experience. i’ll pay someone else to ... read more
My wife and I were very happy with our experience purchasing a car here. The lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. She allowed us to test drive a few cars and an extra one fairly close to closing time. We purchased that same vehicle next day with no castles at all. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here again. The car we purchased has had no issues at all and it's getting close to being a year later.

She made everything smooth sailing and less stressful in my “finding a vehicle, journey.” 10/10 I would definitely recommend Mitten Auto Sales in Holland, MI!
