Dr Mittal us the best! He knows firsthand what his patients go through. I would not see ANY OTHER doc in this office besides him
They can't afford to turn on the heat. Sitting in the waiting room freezing for hours waiting to be seen.
The doctors provide excellent care and professionalism. However, Ms. T, the phlebotomist, comes across as somewhat abrasive. It would be beneficial for her to develop a gentler approach and improve her bedside manner to enhance the overall patient experience.
****UPDATE: In follow up to my prior review, Dr. Mittal's clinic (and he) is the most disgusting one I have ever dealt with. After my second visit there, I tried many times to reach someone by phone. I got no answers or any returned calls. TWO weeks after seeing and having a urinalysis, someone from his office called to tell me I had a UTI. I have never had a UTI and do not have one now. That UTI result should have been back in at least 2 days (or maybe 1 hour); however, his office waited TWO WEEKS to call me about it. In th... read more
