I’ve been to this dealership multiple times, and each experience has been frustrating. The first time, they dismissed my concern about my transmission even though I was only about 1,000 miles away from my warranty expiring. Sure enough, my car broke down just 500 miles later, and they finally had to replace the transmission. Most recently, they promised my car would be done within a week, but it ended up taking two. I had business I needed to go to, so not complaint but they make promises they can’t keep. Very disappointing ... read more
