Shout out to Junior for going above and beyond and having great customer service skills.
All I did was call in to ask for the specs of a part before I could finish my sentence I was cut off and told I would be transferred to parts. Parts wants to charge 155 dollars for a belt that is only 86 dollars on Mitsubishi's website and when I asked for the specs again so I could find a cheaper option due to financial issues the guy said let me just transfer you to services still didnt get the specs. Customer service sucks
Tried reaching out by email to get help with my lancer alarm going off and no way to disable the alarm system when the fob dies. No one ever reached out.
Went to have my touch screen tested to see why it isn't responding. Found out I need a whole new one. That was the 23rd of April. Tried calling last week to let them know my car was freaking out again and haven't heard anything back again.
