Love everything about this location
They said the only way to look for a part. Is with VIN number. Makes no sense if I want to buy a part for a car that is not in USA.
Went here to get a key repaired. The people I talked with on the phone were helpful, but when I went into the shop, the person at the parts desk did not make much of an effort at all. Acted completely apathetic the entire time and kept insisting they didn't usually repair keys, just replaced them (~$450). He spent a few minutes looking at it, but said that my key was not repairable (said that the battery piece was molded to the key--it wasn't). He would not even try and would not listen, just kept telling me to buy a new key... read more
