These guys are the best for service. Ive taken my Outlander to them for service and repairs. Best experience and my vehicle was quick. Great communication and keeping me updated on my vehicle. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs there vehicle serviced or repaired Awesome job.
My experience with Andrew Simms since purchasing a brand new Outlander end of 2021 (2022 model) has been incredibly disappointing. What should have been an exciting experience has been plagued with numerous unresolved issues. From significant paint defects present shortly after purchase to persistent problems with Apple CarPlay, a malfunctioning reversing camera, and a premature air conditioning failure, the list of concerns has been extensive. I recently visited Andrew Simms Mitsubishi Botany in order to buy a new car. I want to emphasize that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with David Tomlinson. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about their cars. He is a great professional, with high respect for customers, without trying to oversell.
