I have been waiting MONTHS for a touch screen so I can use Android Auto (especially navigation). The part is back ordered and although my dealership could fix the problem IF Mitsu Canada would allow it under warranty, they won't cover it. This is a DANGEROUS situation that could be solved yet they allow Mitsu drivers to be in DANGER everyday. I will have to seriously consider future purchase of Mitsubishi. My local dealership is excellent but the parent company is terrible!!!!!
I bought a 2023 Outlander PHEV. The dealer was good but this car needed rear brakes very early in its life. They would do nothing even though the dealer acknowledged there is an issue with these cars. Better think twice about the extended warranty as the fine print is not in your favour. Won't issue a pro rated refund. Customer support basically blows you off to the dealer and the dealer blows you off to customer support. Round and Round. One star – Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any car manufacturer. It took me 2.5 years of back-and-forth between two different Mitsubishi service centers and their head office to get anyone to properly investigate a serious issue with my brakes. I was completely screwed over by Mitsubishi Canada manufacturer. So, here are some things you need to understand about a particular car in their product line. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON BUY A MIRAGE. ITS 100% GARBAGE, IT'S NOT WORTH BUYING A CAR THAT HAS MORE PROBLEMS THEN YOU CAN HANDLE. 1. The crash mitigation does not work. You should see the list of things of the reasons it doesn't work. 2. I regretted buying the phev outlander 2023. The tailgate stopped working suddenly. I took to Edmonton Northside mitsubishi for repair Three times. They couldn't figure out the issue. Kept swapping parts from one vehicle and still nothing fixed. Now vehicle stayed for three days without any result.
