Bought a Mitsubishi forklift. It's had multiple severe problems and many minor problems. There's one electrical issue that shuts down the forklift and won't turn back on when the error occurs. Mitsubishi straight up said they don't know why it is going off and they don't know how to fix it. They're leaving my company with a broken forklift that we bought brand new from them.

Avoid this brand!! They do not stand behind their product at all!! I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 and not even owning it 1 year, I had some serious safety concerns that I could not have for seen at the time I bought it. My chief concern is that the G4 has a seriously dangerous handling issue when equipped with their 14" inch wheel and tire set! A known problem that is industry recognized by mechanics, dealers and tire companies. The 14" inch set is simply too small for most American highways! It is absolutely horrible!... read more
