I had a very good in person experience included with Tanya who I initially I had a bad impression off. She is actually very cordial and and profficional.
Just got the famous bad experience of the customer service. Very unpleasant and rude person name Tanya. But maybe she was just having a bad day. I can not talk yet about the mechanic service. My truck battery is dead and she told me to taw away from the yard or accep new ignition starter for $700+shipping+ labour+ tax, while they could just simply change the battery.
Terrible costumer service, expensive and bad jobs !
Im a shop from New Brunswick and had an issue with a Truck and called Service and they directed me to a Tech who helped me out. Super nice, good service, was very impressed. Thank you Marco for answering my questions and being friendly and finding me a dealer closer to home.
