These guys refuse to answer the phone. They have parts, but you can’t get them in a timely fashion. They have a monopoly so they don’t care.
They are trying every freaking way for you to not open up an account. They only want to deal with bigger companies. I’ve heard some companies getting units with extremely cheap prices. 50 / 70 percent discount… No wonder the Manager is getting richer and richer…. Somebody has to investigate. I will be sending a letter to head office in Japan and Toronto very soon. I will see your rude employees how to treat new customers after all. Good luck
