If it were possible, I’d give them a minus Star. A less than 7 year old multi city heat pump internal unit is having problems. For weeks our super supportive installer has tried to get the needed spare part, so fat to no avail. This brand, their advertising and claims to leading edge technology, service, commitment amd on and on, unable to provide a spare part to keep their high end cutting edge system operating?
