Have bought 2 Mitsubishi vehicles off McVerry Crawford Fielding in the past 3 years and In happy to say that it has been a very good experience.Dealing with Shaun and then Courtney has made the purchases pleasant and fair.Just recently they went the extra mile to sort out an issue with my partners car and there service department tracked down the offending item and fixed it as well as a cosmetic problem which they rectified free of charge, no questioned asked.Thanks John and the Team,much appreciated. Please don’t do any pre purchase check with this people. Its kind of Scam. They charged me $200.00 for nothing. I requested to check hybrid battery and they promised but nothing was on the report. When I inquire about battery check they said "our scanner is not providing this information". When I sent an email with the complaint. Called and said "sorry".
Awesome team. Had booked loaner but it wasn’t available on the day booked for service. No problem, you can have the Service Managers vehicle for the day.
