Unbelievable! My husband recently went for his appointment for his new car, check up, winters tires and change the batteries on 2 remotes. New batteries didn't work and guy wanted to charge my husband! My husband said, don't worry they'll charge me somehow on the following visit. Wow!! They always have to prove to me what a huge mistake we went with them!
