Baigent's have been so good to us. We've had two vehicles go in for servicing and WOF's. We needed four new tyres and appreciated the honest opinion/advice on quality, the reasonable pricing and the quick turnaround time getting these in and on the car. On one occasion they even dropped the car to our home, after hours and in the pouring rain! Hands-down the best Mitsubishi workshop around. Justin's work ethic and customer service is exceptional. The team are always friendly and the work is done perfectly, with an easy experience every time. For some context, after years of utterly abysmal service from Ingham Mitsubishi (charging me for work they literally never did, shoddy workmanship, unfriendly customer service, the list goes on-and-on) I'd had enough and asked around Mitsubishi owner groups for recommendations.
