The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I got the beef ramen and everything was great. All the flavors were well balanced and the broth was excellent. Despite having a chili pepper next to it on the menu, it wasn’t very spicy. I think the beef has a spiced rub on it or something, but it blended into more of a slight background heat. It was still very good, but if you like spicy stuff, you should definitely get a dish with two chili peppers instead of one.
Worth the Trip from Pennsylvania! Traveling from Pennsylvania, I’m always looking for restaurants that are truly worth the drive—and Mitsuba Ramen Noodle absolutely exceeded every expectation! When I say this ramen spot is good, believe me. The owner is very personal and the service at the counter was very kind and genuine. The wait time wasn’t long, and the kfc bun and the matcha tea was very good. I’d recommend this place if you’re ever hungry near the Erie blvd.
