Pretty good for a small town some what limited in stock but do have most things
This store is a must visit, to experience the worst customer service in Hawkes Bay. Does management think it has a captive consumer base? I will happily drive half an hour down the road to spend my dollars elsewhere.
I'm wanting to acknowledge Evan at Mitre10 Waipukurau. I came in to the store with a list of things I needed to get done. He took me under his 'wing' and explained what i needed, walked me around the store explaining as he went. He also cut me a length of timber I needed for some home renovations.
