I have been to different mitre10 branches all over Auckland, and I find the staff at Ponsonby branch is the friendliest Mitre10 staff we ever counter. They actually come to you, with a smile, and ask if they can help, and always helpful.
I purchased an adapter with missing parts which caused water to spray all over the house when connecting the hose! Went to Mitre 10 Ponsonby to report the problem and they refused to replace or refund me on the grounds that the packaging had been removed and the product was not available for sale, totally irresponsible. The product is defective and the consumer has to bear the consequences, bad review!
