Was there on public holiday day, not enough staff ( maybe don't want to pay them extra) for service, wanted a price on some gears. Gone to customer service desk been told to go to where the big thumb up sign and ring the bell. Done that and waited for staff but no show. Ring again but no one turn up so I left.
