A pleasure shopping at Mitre 10 yesterday, after the non existence service I got from Bunnings, closed check outs and a boiling hot store, I came here and got what I needed. The young guy in the aisle where the door knobs were, was extremely helpful....will come again....

My first time there. Bunnings didn't have what I needed & what they did have was either cracked or no matching lid. No staff help. Mitre 10 was well stocked, staff were very helpful & friendly. I didn't need to go searching or ask for help. Chris was easy to chat with, friendly, knowledgeable & showed me a range of options to choose from. Super helpful.
