Tried to get Mitre 10 to honour their price promise on a cat door but they though of every negative excuse to not beat a cheaper price. The cat doors were exactly the same and I showed them a picture of the cheaper cat door but they still would not honour their price promise. After spending thousands of dollars in the Oamaru shop this is how I was treated.
