The manager Raj Prasad was amazing. He took time out to help me as I lost my keys. The service felt so personal and I'm thankful for such human service dealing with my issue even though he was so busy. Great staff. Great service
Despite three trailers in the car park, and buying hundreds of dollars worth of garden supplies, they can’t provide me with a trailer. Had to go up the road to Place Makers who had plenty of trailers and were happy to help out.
I went into Mitre10 Lunn Ave and was helped by Andy. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I needed wood for a project my handyman was working on. The wood I wanted was not in the length I needed. Andy’s helpful suggestions were very welcome. Thank you Andy.
