Arrived at 7am as it said online and on the sign out front it was open from 7am to find salespeople arrived at 8.15. Many customers were waiting in the carpark. Come on Manager, either change your opening time or have a word with your staff to get out of bed earlier. Waste of customers time not to mention how inconvenient it is.
Purchased an outdoor dining set at boxing day sale. Outstanding customer service by sales person, checkout operator and David the owner. Delivered free of charge within 2 hours ( 13km out of town ) . The 2 delivery guys were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations David you obviously have excellent staff training in place even on one of your busiest trading days.
