Horrible customer service from man in plumbing area. Bought a supertub on special. Had some dents on the base. Retuned for a swap, and he wouldn’t give me another one as it was sold as special price. Would only provide refund. Got my money back - and now will never shop there again.
Mitre 10 Mega is a great destination store situated in central Manukau with ample easy parking. The store is large and the range diverse. I've never visited and not found what I was looking for. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a regular customer at Mitre 10 Manukau for years and have always received outstanding service. Recently, I purchased a Keter self-watering tub to grow vegetables.
