The café is good!
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this store. One of the staff members refused to serve me and told me to go buy from another shop. The way it was said and handled made me feel that I was being discriminated against because of my background. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business. Customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of who they are. A very bad experience here today. I feel discriminated against.We are looking for a toilet small part and asking for help the staff are very rude and said they don’t sale it here. even we find a item that looks like similar and he still said no they don't sale it let us go to Bunnings. OK fine never come back again ！！！！！
Another Mitre 10 branch that deserves a 5 star rating. Came to the store today to buy some pavers. Inder at the check out has always been very friendly, polite and helpful. Today, he was exceptional. He helped me push my cart from checkout and loaded the pavers to my car. Much appreciation from this tiny old lady. All the best young man. With the attitude you're showing I can see a bright future for you. Mitre 10, keep up the good works.
