Friendly staff with a sense of humor a+ . Pricing is alittle on the higher side unfortunately. Bonus being open late .
Staff needs training
Very bad experience. I went this place couple of times but my last visit on 1/6/26 was terrible. I went for my kitchen tap but when I seek a help from one of the store person looking after kitchen and washroom products his customer service is very poor and top of that he's commenting a racial comment. Next door is Bunnings I went there the staff is very helpful and polite.
Such a noble experience. Help available. You just have to let them know. They made my day. Very friendly and grounded atmosphere. Happy staff. Shout out to Steve, Mathew and Wayne for being angel helpers. God bless always.
