Helpful staff, easy to find what I was looking for.
It is my preferred hardware store. The staff is not only friendly, very helpful in finding whatever you are looking for. They will do their best to assist if you ask for assistance.
Some staff are great , but we struck a manager that was a bully and arrogant and was not interested in what we had to say, we were returning a item for the second time under warranty, when I did finally receive it back it's still the same, but after the last experience I don't want the hassle or the stress of the warranty, even though they may be the middle man as the manager abruptly told my wife, they are the one with the recommended price tag and they are the one using the warranty for purpose of sale I would avoid if I c... read more
