Ive been to a few Mitre10 Megas around the region and this one definitely had me the most impressed, not saying the others are bad. This one just stood out in; size-unsure on logistics but felt to me the largest when walking in and around, particularly the garden centre, product brand variation available, and just a good all-round vibe! Wish I lived closer!
Hands down the worst place to make a large purchase of any kind. Bought a grill here after work, they said it was "in stock" but not "in the store" and I would have to collect it the next day. Next day, nothing. Following day it finally showed up. 2 days to get something "in stock" is absurd. But lets move on. I bought a portable AC unit and within a couple months the heat function had failed. Took it in for a return. It took 5 minutes to establish the heat wasnt working and 24 hours to figure out they should replace it. Odd... read more
