I needed a weatherboard and went in to check they had it in stock. They did so I said I’d send someone in a truck to pick it up and went ahead and removed my weatherboard. When the truck driver went staff said the weatherboard was too hard to get to. When we said we would wait it was no problem the staff then said it wasn’t in stock. Shit customer service brought something online via after pay got told didn't need Id just verification of email by one lady behind counter then the other lady behind the desk tryed to take over rudly say nooo and screwing up our receipt then talked to the customer behind us about us just rude as then they canceled our order after leaving store how pathetic would give a 0 star rating if I could
