Very disappointed as mitre 10 advertise they will beat a lower, identical, locally-stocked product's price by 15%. Which i did. But the sales person at the counter said the product should be also from same supplier. Please do include that in your terms and conditions so people don't waste time coming in.
Rude, unhelpful, and downright hostile. Staff too busy having a yarn at the paint counter, and Rashmi at customer service aggressively snapped at me for asking about a price match. I left everything and walked out. Disgusting service.
