Needed a fridge but called up first & spoke with Grant Top Notch Service to make sure Mitre 10 had it . Sure enough.. they had 1 left! Met up with Grant who I spoke to earlier on .. He remembered & took me straight to where the fridge was located even going beyond to lift the fridge&freezer up onto my trolley .. Thanks Grant You're Awesome
Some of the staff are super helpful and nice. Others on the other hand seam like they would rather not be there.
Enjoyed the click and collect service. I've deducted a star for the state of some of the plants in the heat.
You can park here while you shop at pac n save, that's a bonus making it totally worth the visit. Otherwise, limited stock, lackluster staff, overall meh but carpark is pretty okay
