I like shopping at this store. Usually find what am looking for and staff very helpful if I need to know something which is awesome for me
Love this Mitre 10! My favorite shop to get all my supplies to help do up my property from gardening to painting! Very Friendly and Helpful if I need advise to! :-) And not a problem if I have to change my day/time to pickup orders, always Friendly on the phone. There's always specials on pots etc in the entrance that I can't walk past and not buy 🤣 Inspirational shop!
I thought I must post a review on the first class customer service received at the Mitre 10 Ashburton store yesterday.....three different areas we came in for, namely getting wood for a shoe rack, replacing/painting door knobs and the associated screws/additions required. All staff members went out of their way to help and come up with great solutions and ultimately save money.....all on a day when there was apparently a lot of staff sickness! Well done and thank you to all the staff who helped and all solutions have worked ... read more
