I went to Mitre 10 Albany to collect my online order and shop for the first time. While looking at seeds, a staff member approached and warned me not to steal, pointing out security cameras and claiming weekly seed thefts. I was treated like a shoplifter for no reason. One of the vegemix bags I ordered was patched with duct tape and torn. I went back to exchange it, but they refused to help. Several staff stood idle at the service desk and offered no assistance.
