I have always shopped Mitre 10 and until today had great service. Today I wanted information about wall lights - did you stock them ( answer " not sure they are a stock item, we would probably have to order them in") can you do that? (" that depends on whether our supplier has got them") can you find out for me (well I'd have to call them....."). What happened to " let me give them a quick call ".
