I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mitra Hashemi. From the moment you walk into her office, you feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. I was rushed to the hospital because I was throwing up blood. The hospitals told me to call Dr hashemi to make an appointment. I was told that they couldn't fit me in for a month and a half. Another time she told me in her exact words "If you don't get the covid shot and get sick you will die" I asked her to write that in my chart She gave me a funny look and never did it I'm diabetic so it's important for me to go to the doctors every 6 months for blood work. Very egoistic person, who told me I’m not allowed to address her by her first name. Extremely rude and judgmental. Huge language barrier and not caring at all! Their office is a big mess as well. If you’re looking for a caring PCP/provider I do not recommend her or that practice.
Edit: I left the practice for two years and returned in 2024 after my other provider left. Many things changed in the practice and so far I have been pleasantly surprised. I have received consistent and great healthcare from the office and doctors. Dr. Hashemi takes her time in supporting my health goals. I can't seem to get anyone to call me back. The Dr. has really low availability and messages get returned days later. When trying to call back, the nurse wouldn't take my call. The reception desk didn't put me on hold and I... read more
