I went to Dr. Mitra some years ago. I thought he was an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable about arthritis within his scope of practice however he was hesitant about my medical records and treatments that I was quite concerned about especially upon examination he said if I did not follow up on the care of my arthritic symptoms I would probably end up like the patient that he seen before he seen me. Very disappointed in this Drs attitude toward me. He never returned phone messages, never reviewed test results- just wanted to give more medicine.

My husband and I both patients of Dr. Mitra. After returning from FL for the winter, we've called 3 times, for appts. Got recordings; no return calls. When I've gone by I notice only 1-2 cars in the lot. Is he still in practice? Today I went to pick up an Rx that was refilled, was told they called the doctor for authorization, and I can't have it, I need an office visit. I've called for an office visit, but no one calls back. We're going to find a new doctor.
