The service was excellent from start to finish. The installation was done professionally and to a very high standard, and it’s clear the team is class-certified and experienced.
The CCTV system installed by Mitobi is the best value in the area. The HD picture quality is awesome and it's nice to be able to have my whole property covered. Best part is the AI tech allowing me to set alerts on my phone if there are any issues. Highly recommend Michael and his team!!
Unhappy with the quality of this installation on my home in Morden. The wires are hanging down from the cameras, which I assume a criminal could simply cut and take out the camera power. The installer really seemed to struggle with the install. We are bringing in a different company to fix it.
Mitobi has been great to work with. Easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions. It took us a long time to decide what we wanted and they were very patient and did not push us into making a decision until we were ready. The security app is very user friendly and the recordings have already been used to help us know what's going on in and outside of the premises.
