I had a very good experience with Mitigation Pro. We had substantial wood rot from a leak in the kitchen that went unmanaged for years. They were able to come in and immediately see the problem and repair and replace the damaged wood and did a really good job throughout the project. They removed the bottom cabinet section, cut out the subfloor and replaced rotten structure. They did the same in the batroom. Good, clean repair work in a very reasonable amount of time. Mitigation pro came out and put up siding for me and they were very professional the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them and I plan on using them again
