Mithoff Vision Center was a great experience! Everyone in the office was super helpful! The doctor spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining in detail my issues and what the next steps were for treatment. The time spent with me to help ensure a quality exam was different from all other places i have been to. The caring attitude of the doctor and staff was truly unique and much appreciated. I have to revise my review because the office manager called me today after reading my reviews and told me he called me back ONCE 2 months ago! He also said he now has written me a check and mailed it after talking to my insurance company who called him today. He also added since he did call me back once my posts bordered on slander and there might be consequences!!!!! Terrible customer service!!! They charged me for services my insurance paid for and they say it didn't, now won't reimburse me for the overpayment!!!! The office manager is never there and I have left my number 4 times and have NEVER been called back!!!! The biller doesn't seem to know what things are paid for by insurance companies and what aren't!
